Raised to Legend

The South wall displays a distinction of time,
and wisdom speaks to hallowed moments.
Squarely, Solomon walked on checkered floors.
Minds of chartered men talk repetitiveness.
Words of tradition grace virgin ears of craftsmen,
white aprons proclaim their innocence.
Certain grips recognize warm greetings.
Respect flows in all directions, while
more light guides to the celestial way.

Listen to the proclamation from the South,
Learn from senior experiences of the West.
With fresh eyes and open mind
gaze upon the East respectfully.
Reap historic tidings from past edicts
and the cycle repeats itself forever.

Chosen by good men, the Worshipful Master,
takes charge: guides, beckons, bestows,
conducts, extends, directs, confers
carries forth fraternal camaraderie
the life blood of continuation.
Time etches out a year's end.
Another Past Master takes his place
on the prestigious wall of distinction.

There, faces observe continuum.
